Where do I go from here?
If you wish to see one of our Healthcare Professionals, simply book online or call us to schedule your appointment. You will receive a medical assessment form to complete prior to the appointment. If required, you will be given a private prescription that you can "cash in" at any pharmacy and we will write to your GP to inform them of our contribution to your care.
